Chandigarh. The Punjab Government has decided to build Punjab Bhawan in Nanded, Maharashtra, to mark the Guru-ta-Gaddi diwas in October 2008. The event is planned to commemorate the consecration of the Guru Granth Sahib and Parlok Gaman of Guru Gobind Singh.
The construction of the bhawan, which will have 144 rooms and 10 suites, will be completed by October. The state government will have a quota of some 60 rooms, booking for which will be done from Chandigarh. |
