This week at the Westminster Reference Library sees the launch of an exhibition of Indian photography from the Royal Geographical Society. Coinciding with the 60th anniversary of Indian independence this exhibition covers the themes of this independence and the country's partition. The exhibition will be on display from 12 July to 18 August.
Lecture: 6.30pm Wednesday 18 July To accompany the exhibition, author and historian, Parmjit Singh, will give an illustrated talk exploring the history of the Anglo-Sikh relationship during the British Raj.
