A Word From the photographer Nick Fleming

I'm interested in the inspirational in people's ordinary lives. I want to give the viewer an uplifting experience rather than of the victims of strife, conflict and war, which we see so much of. I want to show people at ease in their environment, confident, without mockery or cynicism.

When you look at the finished photograph I want you to feel what it was like as if you had been there yourself.

Great pics and commentary Nick. I heard your commentary but I think that some off the questions asked were not asnwered correctly, as I think that you haven't actually grasped the philosophy of the Gurus. With that said, you still did a decent job. Good job, but don't stop there as me & you have much to understand.

I really enjoy the video. Are the nihangs killing a goat in this video. Doesn't meat is not allowed in sikhism. If not, then why are they killing them.

Sat Siri Akaal! If anyone has any problems viewing the video, you might need to update something called "Flash". Here's the link. Its totally safe. Nearly every computer has some version of it running: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

It is one thing to study a Sikh but totally another to be one! When is your thesis or book due?

Great pictures. Nihangs are becoming extinct. Political parties USE them for their benefit. Nihangs have very little to contribute both socially and religiously.
